Awful.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Clapped out karts which manage to be slow yet still dangerous.
Awful customer service. The whole place including the staff are filthy. The facility is literally a couple of shipping container in a roughly surfaced parking lot which comprises the tiny track.
You will get ordered around and yelled at by the staff who work there.
Oh and its really expensive!
The customer service was absolutely disgusting. I definitely do not recommended anyone go to this place at all.
This was my first time karting and it has now turned me off for life. Our group was spoken to like a pack of children, belittled and spoken down to. The attitude and rudeness of one staff member in particularly was disturbing.
I went there yesterday, and it was easily the worst customer experience I have had recently. The facilities and karts are adequate - the helmet was not smelly, the kart and track were challenging enough to have fun. However, what spoiled it completely was the attitude and rudeness of the staff and here is why:

A bit of a late review here, but I went karting here around 2 years ago. When karting if you stall the kart, they have guys on these vehicles that come give you a push start to get you going again. Was my first time karting so I was nervous, and stalled it, the staff came to help me get going again and was giving me instructions in which way to turn the wheel, staff was telling me to turn it left, I was panicking and turned it right, and staff says "No left, turn it left you ****head".
Now that really ruined my experience and basically I was scared as to stall it again. Like I said this was 2 years ago and maybe they have changed staff by now, but it truly was a disgusting experience which I would not reccomend, infact one of the worst experiences I have had within a Brisbane business.
