Archers Smash

Rod is rude abusive , charged $2460 for storage when told it would be no charge. Damaged/ flatened AGM battery by not closing tailgate. Moved the vehical unauthorised to outside private home storage facility without permission of owner .Vehical duco damaged from bat droppings. Overquoted on damages , insiurance compay rejected claim. Damaged during tow due to damaged dead battery locking auto park brake. Go elswhere.

It's been a very pleasant experience with Archers Smash repair! The staff were very helpful and they went above and beyond. I was provided a nearly new courtecy car while my car was being repaird for whole week. It was during school holiday and I couldn't imagine how I survived without a car. I was very impressed that how much they paid attention to details when I saw my cracked car key was glued together when I picked up my car. If I ever happen to have another accident I will certainly be taking it to Archers Smash again. They went above and beyond and you cannot even tell that my car has been in an accident. They provided me with a courtesy car and even delivered my car back to me after it was repaired. Dannii and Peta in the office were there to help me every step of the way.
