John Scandurra & Associates is a Boutique practice providing an unusually high level of personalised Service and commitment to Architectural excellence.

Our Clients are enthusiastic about architecture culture. They have developed strong ideas about how they like to live. They usually have images and sketches of their dreams and ideas.
It is at this point that they come to JSA Architects. They seek an Architect who will listen to and interpret those ideas. This briefing develops into a coherent architectural concept which also delivers something extra beyond Clients' expectations.
From here, JSA progresses the concept through the complex building procurement process to reality.
A collaborative relationship is sustained with the Client. Through regular communication, Clients are allowed their rightful sense of involvement in the procurement of their investment.

Services.
Engagement with JSA Architects begins with a Verbal Design Consultation. This is an interactive consultation between the Architect & the Client, to assess options for the development of a site or an existing building. This can be a one off consultation to enable clients to understand and expand their design opportunities. Or this can be an intermediate stage before entering a contract for full architectural services.
JSA offers a comprehensive range of architectural services, including: Briefing & Site Analysis; Concept Design; Detailed Design; Documentation for & Administration of Town Planning/ Building & Plumbing Applications; Tendering; Building Contract Administration. Based in Redcliffe, the Principal, John Scandurra, has had over 20 years professional experience in the design of Schools, Houses, Townhouses & Apartments. This practice is currently designing a special series of unique Houses to suit small lots. JSA services clients from the Gold to the Sunshine Coasts and as far afield as Emerald.
