My experience, was AP do not provide the client adequate documents at the time of engagement as required, and then engage the client in an extraordinary client contract. From that point on the bulk of correspondence is request for payments from the client. Although AP prefers the role of managing and overseeing building works, there were myriad cases where building works were not checked properly and substandard building works were approved.
