When sydney water asked for a minor change, they neither changed the drawing nor emailed the dwg file. I had to drive 20km and wait 2 hrs to pick up a 445kg dwg file. They are not profesional enough: they gave me a wrong design which based on a wrong site map at the beginning, this costed me 2 months. They even told me council would not aprrove at the beginning.
