After havin a lengthy convo what was required over the Ph with S
S arrived no appt made sent messaged to say she was out front rather than call or get out of car to ring door bell
Showd fences issues talked about over ph in one ear out other
When questioned about this S tried to play female card ask S to leave will find another company VERY RUDE
Empty promises and very slack. Phone calls never returned, no dates given for start time and finish time. Many excuses used as to why the job couldn't be started on time. All they want is your money and then never intend on actually doing the job. Don't even waste your time. Find another company who genuinely care about customer service and appreciate your business. I would have given zero stars if I could.
Terrible! Staff who does all the "customer service" work and the quoting is rude, arrogant and is clueless when it comes to fencing. Inspects site, quotes and then the installer will come out (after waiting an eternity) and will say that what's been quoted can't be done. Everything seems to be too hard for them and it's never their fault. Would avoid them like the plague. Would rather have no fence than having to deal with them ever again. They will promise you the world and that they will call you back but they'll never return your call and come up with the worst excuses over and over again. Please do yourself a favour and use another company.
