We employed Arctec to fabricate and install a stainless steel and glass balustrade for our home.They did a good job with the stainless steel but really struggled when it came to the glass. They installed chipped and scratched glass, not once or twice but THREE TIMES!!! They acknowledged each time that it was problem and agreed to fix it but really had no idea what they were doing. The glass is out of tolerance and the guys were not able to construct a basic template to rectify the issues. I would not recommend them to do any job that requires glass. We now have an unfinished and unsafe balustrade in our house thanks to the poor workmanship of Arctec.
