Arden Homes was inspired by the desire to provide homes for buyers wanting to step up to a new level in design, inclusions and value.Our Aspire Range homes are architect designed; not just for flow, space and style but to significantly alter the ambience and internal dynamics.
We believe that you should be able to see and sense the difference immediately - both inside and out - with large picture windows, interiors flooded with natural light and a high level of inclusions.
We also made a few other decisions: we would stay small and build only a limited number of houses in the area we know best.

Our overall sales, design and building experience with Arden Homes with nothing short of excellent. From the moment we entered the display home to talk to the best sales lady in the land, the communication, honesty and ability to make changes was easy and exactly what we were looking for in a home builder.
