ARIA did the catering for the Sydney Lord Mayor's New Year's Eve party. A fitting alignment for the most watched event organised by the City of Sydney Council, this in association with ABC Television.
From canape service to pop-up meal stations, the quality of dishes served was high quality. I had the sliders, Tempura Prawn, Kofta-like skewers, Pork Belly salad, Tuna Sashimi wraps and a nice bite size dessert of truffle and white chocolate - fabulous!

The restaurant itself is in the best position ever - views of bridge and opera house, easy walk to anywhere in Circular Quay.
The great service made us feel like royalty.
And now the Food.... simply great. Subtle and luxurious flavours, carefully blended... My favourite was their irresistable dessert.
Will definately come again !
