Hopeless - The visited for the quote and promised a quote via email in 'the next couple of days' 5 days later - nothing! I called them and was promise one 'before lunch' - 4.30pm came around nothing. Called them and told 'Get it to you tomorrow' - Nothing. Called the following day and told 'I'll sort it out' - Never heard from them again.
Poor service! After making a time to come do a quote, They didn't front, didn't call and couldn't care less when I rang to ask them why they didn't turn up. "The management has had a few strokes" said the staff on the phone. Was this meant to make me compassionate?? Silly me, I booked another time, rang to check they were coming and the management turned up. Yes, they did measure the proposed pool fence and said (after writing my email address on a scrap of paper) they would email me the quote. Well three weeks later I am still waiting! I have called them many times, got through twice and the reception staff claimed "reception has nothing to do with it" and would pass on the messages. Hmmm- good work...I still have no quote. Stay away from this lot.
Not even worth one star! Unprofessional, ! I have not had such bad service in a long time. Despite providing a quote for my fence and being paid upfront by insurance company - I chased for four months to get the work completed - all I got was unanswered phones, broken promises, and no work completed!! Happy to take your money, but not prepared to do any work for it! Stay away from Ark Fencing!!
