I think the girls @ ark are very professional and friendly. I have always loved my hair when its finished regardless of who does it, and Ive been going for nearly 5 years. The 3 sisters give the place a great family feel that is very inviting, and Alex makes a great coffee or hot chocolate. :D

FINALLY i have found a hairdresser that i love. someone that can cut my hair the way i like it. I have been there a few times now and have always enjoyed the experience, whether it be a hair cut or something in the beauty room. I will definitely be recommending Ark Hair and Beauty to everyone i know. All the girls there are very helpful and very friendly. The salon feels very fresh and inviting not small and crampy like a lot are, and their service is fantastic.

I have been going to ark hair & beauty for almost 2 years now on a regular basis and find them to be absolutely fantastic. I have complete confidence in them every time i am there and although I usually see the same Hairdresser, there has been the odd occasion I have had to see one of the other girls and have been completely satisfied with the service provided. It has a really relaxed and friendly atmosphere and I always feel comfortable in talking with all the girls, be it about general subjects or about changes with my hair or trying new services. I have always walked out of the Salon happy with the result. I have recommended all my friends and family to go there and those that have, have always been happy with the service too. Definite 5 star quality!!!

Will not be going back here ever again, first time and was the last time. Have already told my friends and family about it. The service was unpleasant, the cut was very poor, and the hairdresser was very unfriendly, grumpy and cold. I was not comfortable there, the other staff who they had there asked them a question and while cutting my hair and they stopped and answered their question with a big unwanted sigh and also said "I just hate making the decisions" in this crabby voice. My experience there was very unpleasant and some staff seemed miserable and lifeless. Not what you see at usual Hairdressers. Also they were not helpful at all as a hairdresser should be, they didnt seem to have an opinion and at the start when I was asking them this and that about my hair they just kept saying "ahh im not sure, up to you, what do you want lalala..." after a while I noticed they just didnt want to hear it so I stopped and told them just trim it... because I didnt want ...read more
