There is no way i would ever recommend this company. Not only did they choose to not even contact me to tell me that they would even bother to send me a quote 2 1/2 weeks after visiting my premise, they were utterly rude and obnoxious on the phone. I have since found 2 other companies in the same field that are friendly, experts and gave superb service. Stay right away from this company.
A review should be factual. At your request our representatives attended your apartment in Burswood exactly at the designated time for a Free Measure. Upon their arrival you advised them that you had previously had several companies attend who advised you that they could not assist you due to the design of your doors. In addition you advised that the builder/designer had been cheap by not fitting flydoors. You were advised that due to both the special design (very overheight at 2800mm) and the unknown special colour, it would take some time to assess whether we could provide you with an acceptable solution. Two weeks did transpire when you contacted us again and were advised that we had not established whether we could submit a quote to you. Lets just say, this is exactly the response you will get from this group. always an excuse for poor service and quick to always be right - if we are being factual, it took 3.5 weeks for this customer to give a response that said they'd potentially get back with a quote a week after. What a joke.
I recently had dealings with Armadale glass and It cost me $250 to have a broken window and dog door which I'm now having to pay someone else to fix as the manger felt it was my fault they supply a medium size dog door for large dogs. Which I was never informed of the measurements and they called it large (but that's just AG because on the website I found it on after, its small to medium) and the man who measured my window as well as the fitter both patted my dogs and never mentioned that maybe the product was not right for me, so I went ahead with the fitting. People look to professionals because they have studied and worked in there chosen field for a length of time that makes them better suited for the job you pay them for then you... this is not what you can expect from Armadale Glass. After my dealings with this company I would look else where, any other company would be cheaper and less hassle in the long run.
