So disappointed. Wouldn't recommend for those with long hair who don't want it all cut off. Wanted a trim, which we spoke about at length, hairdresser cut 8 inches off my hair (it was down to my butt, now just below shoulder length). With so much hair to have to work with, you would imagine it would be a good cyt - but no. Everyone who had seen it says it looks "hacked at". The best revenge, everyone locally asks if I cut it myself... I just tell them where I had it cut....
Do not go to this salon. I have NEVER had such a bad experience with my hair before this. I asked for a full-head of highlights. It's a simple thing - I have it done often. It took a long time. Then, they applied a toner that turned my hair a DULL-GREEN colour! I was so incredibly upset BUT - I remained calm, explained sweetly that it wasn't quite what I was expecting. They washed my hair several times to remove the toner which lessened the problem (admittedly the highlights were done proficiently - just slow). Anyway, I was then very much made to feel that the stress and complaining (very nicely and relaxedly I may add) was my problem, and that they were just wanting me happy before I left. It took ALL DAY (I missed another appointment) and then she charged me $300!!!! I was so very upset but I didn't complain further because I just wanted to get out of there! I want my money back! The worst hair experience I have ever had. Terrible.
