Iwanted a small floral tribute for my deceased granddaughter. I asked for tiny pink and white flowers in a small heart. I got white carnations, not a small flower, pink lillies and purple roses. I asked them to replace roses and lillies with apricot rose buds. These were placed randomly in the arrangement and were already falling out of the arrangement when I delivered them to funeral home 15 minutes later. The staff informed me that 2 dayswas not enough notice to get small buds. Strange that funeral home florist could do a large arrangement with these same flowers. I will never use this florist again
