Arnold Property

Arnold real estate managed three of our properties over about 10 years. While the service was acceptable for much of that time, we ultimately had some negative experiences and decided to terminate the agreement in May 2018. We gave Arnold's 60 days notice but they purported to waive that requirement.
Thereafter (just 2 months later) Arnold's refused to provide an Income and Expenditure Statement for the financial year without charging a substantial fee, despite the fact that we had been paying management fees for 10 months of that year. I would not recommend getting entangled with Arnold Real Estate for property management. There are better options in Newcastle.
