Aromas On Sea Cafe

No-one bothered to seat us (wait staffs were too busy talking amongst themselves), menus took 10 minutes to be brought out to us, and we waited a further 35 minutes for someone to bother to take our orders. This cafe needs a massive staff overhaul. We went for a Saturday lunch and it was not very busy there, so why did the staff spend so much of their time inside talking to each other instead of doing their jobs???? Whoever owns or runs this business needs to address this issue promptly as YOU ARE LOSING REPEAT BUSINESS BECAUSE YOUR CASUAL WAIT STAFF ARE PATHETIC AND CLEARLY DON'T WANT TO DO THEIR JOBS.

Great service, the staff are amazing and so willing to help with food allergies. Great range of gluten free options and lunch specials are amazing! The view was the cherry on the top!

Food was awful,service was poor, we didn't get what we ordered and it was definitely not value for money..

Nearly 2 hours to get food at lunch today.

Food was not great.

Service was terrible.

Would not go back

We love you guys - but the meal on Friday night needs huge improvement - was not value for money.
