Arrow Air Conditioning

I have just got A Panasonic Ducted System installed by Arrow Air Conditioner. I have quite a bad experience with this installation. However some of the staff are good and friendly.
1. The installation day on 13-5-24 was not too bad until the end of the day. When I asked Triston, the last crew member remaining to help to set up the control and the WIFI, about the serial number of the units. He had to climbed up to the attic to check on the inside unit. He discovered that the plumbing work was no good with a puddle of water. He asked the office to arrange the next day to fixed up the plumbing issue. It is a credit to Triston.
