Arrow Glass

We got a few quotes to replace one of our back windows and organised for Arrow Glass to come out. The guy who came out was happy to come on a Saturday afternoon, did the job very quickly and with no fuss, and the price was extremely reasonable.

Would recommended to anyone and would happily use them again.

I called Arrow Glass for replacing some broken glasses and repairing the sash cords on the old style windows. The quote was well prepared with prices against each item but I can't comment on the price as I didn't get a quote from another tradesman as I trusted his fairness and nice attitude.

The job was done to my satisfaction in a reasonable turn around. The guy who did the job for me is a hard working dedicated professional who knows about glasses and windows.

I called him again for another glass replacement as I was happy with the first job.

We had a strata job for our block of units and so I organised for Arrow Glass to come and provide a quote. They were a little late but not too bad but what I can't get over is that they are yet to provide the actual quote. I've called 3 times and each time I've been promised that the quote will be put in the letterbox that day and yet nothing has appeared. Its been over a month since Arrow Glass come to the block and yet I have nothing which means a complete delay on the job (need 3 quotes). I even asked to have them email it to me but they wont- the very least they could just say is they don't wan the job and stop wasting my time. I wouldn't use these guys if you actually need something done.
