Excellent location for a short trip to Melbourne to enjoy city sights and restaurants. Public transport access if fantastic and its walking distance to the city for such a good price! Value for money considering the low cost of a room.

This place has great central Accomidation in Melbourne. It is in walking distance to lygon street, queen Victoria markets and the IMAX. It has onside parking at $15 a day also. I found for the price it was worth the money.

On the downside, rooms are really small, door cards and lift cards did not work properly, then one worked and the other didn't. Room views were non existing and the balcony is about the size of a fridge. Walls are paper thin, and lots of noise can be easily heard from other rooms.

At the end of the day tho, who is going to spend all their time In a hotel room when your in Melbourne ?

Rude staff,small rooms,malfunctioning systems ,dirty place and very noisy environment. i do not recommend this place to anyone.

Place is good close to everything u need including transport. Staff is very friendly but never prompt. All things are broken i asked for an iron board and i git it next day which is broken and the steam iron box has water leaking. Cutlery is bad neve washed properly, to use cutlery we need to sterilise them not wash.

The best part about Arrow on Swanston is its location. It is located just 5 - 10 minutes walk from the main CBD area in Melbourne. Lots of bars, fast food outlets, plus Melbourne Central station is just a 5 min walk away.

The room are a bit small, but come with a TV, Air Conditioner / Heater, Microwave and hot plates. It also has a pool and gym.

Overall I would recommend the the hotel for a short visit.
