Sadly the standards have not improved. Today i was told that i was wasting their time, ignored at by the store management. I asked friends and family if they had been here, and everyone that said yes had a story of shocking customer service to go with their visit. I have never been so appalled with any business, ever. Not to mention, they didnt appear to clean my clothes.
After telling them we were not happy with the service, they called my fiance "a liar" and would refuse to give us our suits and dresses back. They then asked me to come out side and sort it out like real men.
We reported them to the dry cleaning institution of australia, however they are not members, so we have lodged a complaint with the department of fair trading, after advice from chatswood police.
