We love Artist Photographer! They have helped us 3 times over the years and each time has been a great experience with amazing results. They were especially great with the kids and making them comfortable enough to have ‘real’ expessions of joy versus a forced smile. We will be back!
We had our family of 5 photographed at their studio and loved it! Very patient with our reluctant teenage boys (and my husband). The quality of our portraits is amazing (they do a lifetime replacement warranty if our portrait ever gets damaged). Pricing is higher than other photographers, but we felt it was totally worth it. Those business is based in upselling and targets the wealthy population. With my voucher I was entitled to a photo shoot, consultation and small printed photo. At the consultation the pressure to spend approx 2-3k on top of the voucher was enormous. After resisting due to finances and requesting the small print I was entitled to they sweep it under the carpets and pretend nothing happened. Still haven't received my photo. Poor money hungry business model.
