I am completely disappointed. My house was built by Masterton, I expected to have a good finish but Artline Kitchen left a terrible finish. The consultant did not even know the basics.i.e I have a dark colored kitchen cabinet with handleless drawers. They put aluminum color recess between the drawers which destroyed the look. During the design stage, they did not even mention this. When I raised this issue, they said it is their standard practice and if I have any concern I should talk to Masterton. They did not even apologize or give an alternative. They are pretty expensive and is not adding any value to a new home whoever building the house.

Very disappointing. Just built a lovely new home only to have my kitchen cupboards not line up at the top. Excuse used by this company was that it is standard practice to have a 3mm difference in the outside of the cupboard and the door itself. Looks discusting. Didnt even bother to come and have a look at their work, just sent and email dismissing it and ordering my builder to cancel the work order. No a very ethical company here, especially if they can't be bothered coming to see if they are at fault or not. Never recommend this company to anyone.
