Service was indifferent, I had to go up to the counter to remind them about the coffee I'd ordered several minutes before. The two staff members had forgotten and were off doing other tasks. No apology. When it was at last plonked onto the table, the coffee had spilled into the saucer. A 'sorry' was offered at this point but no practical assistance, like an offer of some napkins to help clean up. This didn't happen during a rush. Coffee was drinkable & the cake was nice. Not nice enough to make up for lousy service. Plenty of other options in manuka. Will be trying those in future.

They do the basics fairly well, though beyond that, I feel they are too stretched and the standard drops down.

Coffee is good if you ask for 3/4 size. Unfortunately the order got mixed up, and a misunderstanding arose whereby the male worker was very rude to us. After working in a bakery and knowing how good a meat pie can be, the pastries here are only okay. And they are overpriced.

Very rude - tried to call to place an order for corporate catering. The lady said "we are busy call back" and hung up on me...! not impressed - they will definitely not be getting my business..!!! Very poor customer service
