I offer a unique combination of traditional, evidence based counselling services along with art therapy and psychotherapy which includes other expressive modalities such as movement and sound. I believe that these modalities can help a wide range of people to improve self-awareness, set and reach goals, overcome challenges and achieve lasting change and growth in many aspects of their lives.
