Artworks at carindale! Worst experience ever!! Bought an inside frame border service on the 21/09.simple border, nothing major, and it was meant to arrive the 02/10, when I arrived to pick it up they said they were not sure where it was and why it did nit arrive. They said they would check what happened and call me. I never got a call back! When I rocked up the week after, still no sign of the item I ordered! I got annoyed and left asking them to call me, as it was the second time I came in! Half way through the week, still no phone call. So I rang and they finally told me the person making the borders so it would be another week! I went in today after they finally had the decency to text me, and a full month later they still could not properly apologies or give me sone kind of compensation or voucher! To top it all off when I said I was unlikely to ever come back the staff said: it s ok no problem! Worst customer service ever!!!!
