Went in to the shop today to have a good look at the secound hand products. My daughter 12 year old daughter touched one of the radios and they said not for sale in a rude voice. So we walked very rude person. Wont be back. Warn you don't go in there.

I have dealt with this shop for many years.I am posting this review only after reading the review from Peter83 who from my experience with the many items I have purchased must have been a rude and totally unreasonable customer. The staff and owners have always gone out of there way to make sure I have left a satisfied customer. The pricing is very reasonable with many of the Items, especially, the jewellery, nothing short of a bargain. I have purchased a number of musical instruments and accessories and found their knowledge, help and prices exceptional. I would recommend this business to anyone. I will definitely be going back and telling my friends and family.

I'm sure I am not the only person who has brought a product from this store and regretted it. In my scenario, I found a purchased item to be faulty and defective Even had it tested and verified by a third party retailer, but the staff were rude, and far from helpful in resolving a refund. After a heated dispute, they only offered an exchange for the item. Needless to say, I found the whole experience with them unpleasant and unnecessary, and I would not recommend dealing with them (especially if you are buying a valuable item that could be prone to defects.) I have dealt with many businesses in the past, but this by far was the worst experience I had as a buyer. They do not respect the good needs of their customers, nor do they strive for customer satisfaction.
