BEST SERVICE, BEST RENTAL PRICES AND NEW CARS, i hired a new car for a 2 month period as i was awaiting delivery of my new car and i called Ascot Car Rental Kings Cross and they gave me a new car very cheap with free insurance and it was 40% cheaper than some other car rental companies. I picked up the car and had a hassle free car rental experience with Ascot Car Rental Kings Cross. The price is what really got me to rent with them, then i received extra special service and they really went out of their way to look after me. If i ever rent again it would be with Ascot Car Rental and i would recommend this company no if's or but's. regards. Leo.
40% cheaper? Your not wrong Leo. I think my rental worked out at 36% cheaper than some rental places. No add ons with these guys.
Never book/hire rentals car with Ascot Car Rentals I did a booking on 1st July on the above number but cancelled on the same day almost 4 weeks still have not received refund. I had received a text back confirming that full refund will given but still awating. Very poor customer service call almost 10 times NO call back or Refund to make matter worst the person on the phone very rude with zero customer service skills. So Never use Ascot Car Rental
this review is not true, client called to book a car, client did call and cancel the booking but the client then called our office and stated he wanted to rent the car then he did not show up? my staff member was waiting for 2 hrs on a Sunday for this client to show, if the client wishes to discuss this he is free to call our office and speak to a manager. He made my staff member wait and the car was specially transported to the office from another office to help the client as this office was next to a train station, the client will be liable for a cancellation fee as he did not give us notice that he was not picking up the rental car.
