If asked we would never recommend this builder to anyone. Our lives have been ruined and our dreams shattered by this builder.

My experience with this builder has been nothing short of woeful. He cut corners at every turn in the building of my house, and then dismissed obvious defects in construction as if I wouldn't know any better. Even when he agreed to 'fix' anything it was all done in the cheapest way with the biggest shortcuts. Buyer beware.

I would recommend no one use this company.
My property was completed in 2010 and since then I have discovered problem after problem.. Internal doors used for external doors, which have now rotted, and needed replacing, flooring which is now warping, an easement on the property which needed to be dug up and the limbs from a large pine true removed at construction used as fill, render which four years later is falling off , a front porch where the tiles tall in toward the door and so rainwater collects in a huge puddle.
The after purchase follow up has been reluctant and dismal and even the chippy sent to rectify problems agreed that customer service and care for the customer was woeful.
The Mission statement on their website is a joke.

Our house was built 12 months after the contract date, their insurance ran out 4 months before handover, they didn't complete the required works, we are now living in a house that is not finished. They never return phone calls, emails etc. I am sure they think by treating you as though you don't exist then you will go away. Please do your home work people, as this company has left us high and dry and in tears.
