Ascot Psychology was established by Clinical Psychologist, Laura Agosta. We are committed to supporting individuals to improve and enhance their quality of life and well-being. We offer a range of evidence-based and Medicare-endorsed psychological therapies tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), other mindfulness-based approaches, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
