We can provide many services relating to your building design, and if you choose we can organise anything that is required to get your plans approved by Council. During the design stage we consult with you at every stage and our service includes:
1. Site Assessment for your proposed development.
2. Preliminary investigation to determine Site Constraints / Measure Existing Dwelling / Gain measurements for site boundaries.
3. Prepare Preliminary Site Plan, Floor Plans and Elevations based on the sketch supplied by you (client / builder) or we can discuss your requirements and design your ideas.
4. Prepare Architectural Drawings including Existing Site Plan, Proposed Site Plan, Floor Plans, Elevations, Shadow Diagrams, Stormwater Management Plan, Sediment Control Plan and Notification Plans for proposed Development Application to comply with Council requirements.
5. Prepare Basix Assessment
6. Prepare Statement of Environmental Effects.
7. Supply copies of Architectural Drawings and Documents for Council assessment.
8. Have the plans endorsed by Hunter Water Corporation and Mines Subsidence Board (if applicable).
9. Complete Councils Development application and submit everything needed for the proposed development.
During the design stage we can show you the project in 3D on our computer as though it was already built and if you decide to make any changes this can be achieved easily before the design is complete.
