When I rang he was a bit brisk on the phone and wouldnt give me a quote but told me to bring my appliance in so he could look at it and i was glad i did. He was genial and chatty when I took my coffee grinder in for repair. No cost to look at it but cleaned and repaired it while i waited for only $40! Will be taking my coffee machine to him for a service aswell. He knew his stuff and was able to diagnose the problem quickly, had the necessary parts available and showed me the difference in the ground coffee after the repair, He also gave me heaps of general maintenance advice for my machine when i asked.
Beware he is only open mon,tue and wed 10am till 4pm but is able to fix things very quickly. i would reccomend him to anyone!

The absolute pits. Called to see if they had a replacement attachment for a food processor and the staff on the phone was so rude, aggressive and arrogant that I decided that I'd try and find the part somewhere else.



How this person works in a customer service role is beyond me. Absolutely horrid. Avoid at all costs.

My dad and I have gone to Ashfield Appliances several times with our coffee machines. We couldn't be happier with the friendly and honest service we've received. We were given advice that saved us spending unnecessary money and we will definitely return there for future service. Thanks!

I dropped in to find out what was wrong with my blender, he diagnosed it in about a second and gave me advice. This is definitely the place to go for appliance repairs.
