Ashfield General Practice

Had really bad experience with Dr. H.B, a female doctor who refuses to perform the patient's overdue checkup after consulting on one cold related issue and asked the patient to come back without any reason despite the patient asked her twice. She gave the patient her business card instead and advertised her trading hours at the practice!! Won't recommend that doctor and will avoid at all cost to see her again!!

A truly awful experience from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. They are too busy cramming in as many consults as possible so the doctors are harassed and unpleasant. Everyone here is arrogant and wouldn't know a smile if it hit them.

You can't book an appointment, you can wait up to 1.5 hours like I did recently and then be told "no, I don't write plans after 6pm and I don't do do pain managent" and have your consult terminated by the doctor - this from the doctor that has been supposedly treating me for a back injury since November 2016.

AVOID this place for your own sanity!!!

If possible to leave no stars I would.

This place will send you away if you arrive 30mins before closing. When you are finally seen they will say they can't take your specs because you haven't fasted the required time... apparently if you've fasted 14hours instead of the 12hours you were told they can't take your specs. (First visit turned away because we arrived too late...30mins before closing...Second visit we were told need to fast 12hours....Third visit we were told did not fast the 12 hours...14hours is not 12hours) but.... ...read more
