"Tick and flick" training provider. Poor quality training. Unsuitable for employment. The only thing this institution will provide you with is a quick and dirty service.

I RECOMMEND NO ONE USING THIS COMPANY WHAT SO EVER! THEY ARE ALL NICE TO YOU WHEN YOU FIRST ENROL ESPECIALLY WHERE YOUR LOCATION IS THE CLOSES TO YOU THEY WILL MAKE YOU TRAVEL THE WHOLE WORLD TO COMPLETE YOUR COURSE! IF YOU DONT LISTEN TO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WONT HELP YOU! THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO. THEY GIVE YOU LAST MINUTE PLANS AND ALSO THEY LIE! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THERE MONEY IN THERE POCKET THEY DONT CAR ABOUT YOUR LEARNING THERE! AND ILL MAKE SURE THIS COMPANY GETS CLOSED DOWN!

This is the worst place to study ever. The staff are extremely unprofessional. They are only interested in enrolling you in as many courses the government will allow them to so they can get the money from the government. They state they will assist you in getting your placement and a job after completing the course they never do and insist on you completing another course when the outcome is just the same. There are plenty of other RTO to choose from, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ONE!

Despite numerous telephone calls and emails seeking my hard copy Certificate of attainment, after six months I have only received excuses and/or no response from them.

Not impressed with the way the school runs. One of the teaching staff transferred me to another location because of a personal issue that they made relevant to their position. There was no need to transfer me and the teaching staff here simply have too much power to decide your fate - for worse in my case. Avoid at all costs.
