Myotherapy is a 'blanket term' representing hands-on body work modalities including massage, manual body work, visceral manipulation, cranio-sacral and a bundle of other techniques. Myotherapy's aim is to find and solve the root cause of a problem rather than just addressing the symptoms.

At Ashmore Health Centre, we work on a simple policy of honesty. This means we will show you if there is something we can do to help, and tell you if there is not. We believe strongly that results speak louder than words so we aim to achieve results for our clients as quickly and economically as possible.
