Asian City

Love this shop! It's in the basement of Victoria Plaza, and it's always busy. Low prices for all things Asia, so I'm often there picking up rendang paste, fish sauce, frozen pancakes to use for duck pancakes, XO sauce and many other things. Cheerful service and the fact that it's frequented by the Chinese community of Chatswood speaks volumes. A real winner.

If you're cooking anything Asian, be it a dried ingredient, fresh produce or something bottled, you'll most likely find it here.

The aisles are narrow and cramped, their shelves are jammed to the brim. To find what you're looking for, you'll have to look patiently.

This shop also has an aisle dedicated to Japanese products as well as kitchenware, all reasonably priced.
