Absolutely poor customer service, called multiple times to have someone come and fix my oven which is well under warranty. It’s taken 2 weeks to speak to someone who actually sticks to what they say and every time they say they will follow up and call back with an outcome they never do. Dealing with asko has been a nightmare for a company who calls out they pride themselves in customer care is far from the truth.

Asko equipment is great, when they are working!! but, GOD forbid if your machine needed a service then you are really in trouble. we have a washing machine, just over an year old, brokedown, it has been around 4 weeks since this was reported to ASKO. their service is absolutely rubbish, to call their service number you could be waiting for hours, they make an appointment for a service, you wait all day and no one turns up,
words cannot explain how frustration dealing with ASKO is like. avoid buying their equipment.

Can't speak highly enough about the quality of these appliances. My washing machine is now twelve years old, and it's only ever had ONE service call, about three years ago, that's incredible, as other appliances ( will not , can not name brand) can often last only about half this time. When I did need the service, the people at Asko said they have there own service team, though i could use others. So, I used their team, very happy with the result. Swedish engineering and style.
