I have never suffered such treatment from any one, let alone someone in the building industry- I tried for over 9 months to have an extension on my permit from assent (elsternwick) - Each time I would leave at least 3 emails and 4 or more phone calls before getting a response -generally at least2-3 weeks later ,This happened continually , over a 9 month period -I was twice given the wrong advice on what was required by the VBA and council-then an excuse about the VBA Bams system! Their knowledge of requirements and the handling of this issue, was farcical . I had paid both fees required and their treatment of me, as a client, beggars belief . 27/05/2021
