I would advise everyone to stay away. They are very rude, abrupt, unprofessional!
I should have known that when I spent an hour trying to find the place only to be welcomed by a person who was stressed out whom told me to wait while that person abused the living daylights out of someone over the phone that they were going to be useless.
I made an appointment to come in and when I was looking for the place I tried calling but no answer? I don't think that they want business.
Their office is tiny, they have little to know signage.
It looks like a couple of people have spent all of their money getting a real estate license and then found the cheapest office available. They should have perhaps tried working for someone else in real estate before they ventured into their own business.

Very sorry you had a poor expereience with the previous business owners. The business has now changed hands. We are in the same location in mermaid beach and hope should you require the services of a property management company you will find it improved.
Couldnt agree more! I have experienced nothing but a nightmare over the last 9 months. The owner has proven to be nothing but abusive and nescient in his role as a business owner. If I could recommend going elsewhere for any real estate needs I would! Save yourself the hassle, time and money youll spend chasing him up and correcting his work.
