As a real estate agent, I regularly work with photographs supplied by owners or other professional photographers - yet I have never met another photographer who can capture a property's features in both an accurate and positive manner. Rooms look spacious and well-lit; but don't look e-n-o-r-m-o-u-s or highly saturated with colour. Linda always takes the time to check the aspect of the property prior to booking the shoot, and will recommend a time of day depending on where the shadows will fall at that time. Linda will also consult with the property owner regarding a temporary (or permanent) relocation of furnishings (eg rugs, lounge chairs) to better enhance the room and photograph.
