Astra Carpet Cleaning & Pest Control

We recently had our carpets steamed cleaned by this firm, and were unhappy with the result. We were told they would never be really clean and we should have looked after them better. The carpets are only 3 years old and are vacuumed every week. He should have vacuumed the carpets before steam cleaning, but didn't. Water from his equipment was on the tiled floor outside every bedroom and was not cleaned up. The only good thing I can say was that he turned up 15 minutes early.
Ten days later we had them cleaned by Electrodry. A greatly improved result and a very professional outfit.

I was very happy with the wonderful job they did !!
