Astra Chauffeured Limousines of Australia

Astra Limousines is a terrible company. Hired them for a pickup from Sydney domestic airport the driver did not turn up. I rang their phone number the person on the phone was incredibly rude and arrogant claimed no responsibility. The management act like thugs and have no customer service abilities whatsoever. Will never use this company again I have heard from other drivers who have collected me that they have a terrible reputation and no drivers want to drive for them and that they also rip off their drivers.

Use a more reputable company like Brunel

Id thought id give this company ago for my wedding after not finding many reviews. Worst thing i ever did i paid for one type of car and received a car which had a problem before it even arrived, it almost didn't even get me to the church on time and they had all intentions of swapping the car for a car non advising until the last min not what i paid for. Very dissapointed and now our photos have this low cost car in it. I tried to resolve this and talk to them about the problems and advise them how dissapointed we were. The manager contacted me once and was nothing but sarcastic and had no remorse for what happened and denied knowing the car had any issues before arrival, he actually said the problem with the car happened on the way to my house which the driver had admitted it had the problem for a while and they knew what the problem was, the manager said he will get his manager to contact me and repeated emails later and no response. I'd give Astra Limousines negative stars if I could.

This company's behaviour was utterly despicable.

Astra Limousines failed to provide the transport services required for our wedding day, which took place on Saturday 4th April 2015 at the Park Hyatt Hotel, Sydney.
