I don't know about customer service as I have bought both of my Asus laptops from an MLN store. But as far as the machines go, I don't have a single complaint.
I bought my first Asus in around 2011 and was impressed by the value.
The next year, I needed a more robust laptop to handle everything my broken iMac used to do. Cannot provide ETA's on Parts, already had the laptop for 2 weeks, was told it would be completed 5th July but when I ring them now they are saying it could be another 2 weeks or more for the parts to arrive. Have also raised this with ASUS Head Office. Terrible service.
Bought a laptop costing $1500 on 19/11/2014, display broken on somewhere on feb 2015, called support for repair on 11/02/16 i.e. 1 yr and 2 month. ASUS support center delayed my processing so bad, was able to confirm for assessment 07/04/16. Finally rang me on 21/04/16 saying display need to be replaced which is major repair and have to pay. Also said as it is more than 3 months over warranty, they cannot repair without charging. Such frustrating. This is my 3rd laptop from ASUS, I had never faced any problem with repairs or even off warranty repairs previously. Talking about ASUS support call centre they are unbelievably irresponsible and biggest liars. They even lied to me saying that Silverwater based repair center is just a repair centre and they don't have management over there.
