This place has the best food in Preston. I eat here regularly when I have time for a long lunch and have never been disappointed. You can taste the fresh ingredients and there is so much to choose from. The owner/chef is so lovely and is happy to change anything you want in a meal. The only bad thing is this place is hard to spot, which is good for me I guess! If you're after quality restaurant type food and a good price, you can't beat Shelly's!
