Absolute Rip off merchant!! Avoid at all costs!!

Thankyou to all the staff at Athena Automatics ! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the lovely ladies at reception, through to Tony who took his time to explain everything to me, his knowledge is impeccable!

I could not rate Athena Automatics and the staff more highly. Extremely happy with the service, professionalism and honesty provided each time in need of a repair or service. Thank you Tony and the Staff for your continued hard work and great service.

Very poor experience. Kept vehicle for extraordinary long period of time given the scope of work. Charges labour at $126 per hour and bills up hours that seem excessive for the work required. The worst is what is charged for parts. My subsequent research found that i could have obtained parts for 300% less than charged. When I asked that he provide supplier invoices to confirm authenticity of parts and their cost (albeit that some mark up was expected), he absolutely flipped and refused point blank to provide such invoices. Also, had a major problem develop with the power steering 2,800 klm after work on that was completed at a cost of over $1,500. He just dismissed it as warranty work without bothering to provide any evidence at all that the subsequent problem was linked to the previous work. Would definately not recommend this establishment.
