It offers a friendly and harmonious environment with a number of large treatment rooms and a fully equipped pilates studio with the latest in NEW pilates interventions, FLOWIN® friction training.
We are situated within the Hibiscus Sports Complex - State Netball Centre, health and fitness centre, gymnasium, 3 swimming pools, aqua aerobics, learn to swim, squash courts, PCYC and a skate park.

Thanks to the team at ACE sports Medicine.
Atim is a fantastic Physio and has been the only person who has been able to help with my back pain from a sports injury I have had for 14 yrs.
I now also do Pilaties with Jo at ACE and that has been hepling a lot to keep me fit, stronger and more flexable which in turn is helping my back even more to help prevent more injury.
