From the point of view of understanding the body and your problem, Jeff is always letting you know what it is the body needs, and is very detailed in approach. I was impressed (after worrying about cracking and guilt-induced trips to my first chiro), that his upper cervical care is the gentlest that it can be and still do the work. He also doesnt want to keep you coming back forever.
