I wish to warn any potential franchisees that the person behind this organization/company may not have genuine concern for your success, I and 39 others paid a total of $4M for a franchise that should have had great potential.
The conclusion drawn by most franchisees is that the product itself was great but we received no meaningful support from the master franchisor in Australia, he was only interested in making money on selling the franchise territories. The main faults were:
No national customers as promised
No real advertising support
No realistic business plan
No development plans for the product
Lots of smooth talk
With his franchise system failing he wanted more money to convert us to a new 'brand' with higher ongoing costs for the franchisees.
