Classes held every Wednesday Evening 7pm-8:30pm CWA Hall West Market St, Richmond NSW.Atma Darshan Yoga and Meditation Richmond NSW, provides the space and guidance that enables everyone to partake of the endless benefits that yoga brings.. Our Classes fully encompass the tradition of yoga, each class consists of three main components:
ASANA: The classic postures of yoga, enhancing flexibility, building strength both physically and mentally and working internally on hormonal and glandular levels.
PRANAYAMA: The yoga of breathing- techniques that help to bring the nervous system into balance. Helps to optimize the breath and breathing process with all the postures that arise from that.
MEDITATION: Learning to develop the many ways of meditation. The path to true liberation lies in the constant practice of meditation.
Ananda Casey has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years. He has qualified as both a Iyengar and Satyananda teacher. He has also woven into His classes a naturopathic bend so that one becomes able to assess and design a sadhana (practice) that is specific for you. Also practicing as a yoga therapist for many years adds a further dimension to the classes of ATMA DARSHAN at Richmond.
