In our wedding planning process, I was assigned the role of selecting the DJ for our wedding reception. I talked over phone with some 3 wedding DJ contractors before talking to Glynis of Atmosphere djs. I hired Atmospheric djs the first time I talked to her. She is very professional, responsive, comfortable and attentive to details. Adding to that, she quoted around 35% lesser than the other contractors I spoke to. And later in our wedding reception, they did a great job providing the best DJs for our reception. Dj Jean was fantastic and everyone was dancing throughout the reception. He also did a great job as MC. Anyone would be lucky to have them as their dj!
Stay away from this company. They will take your money, ignore your phone calls, ignore your emails and if you do manage to get into contact with them they will lie through their teeth. We booked atmosphere dj's about 9 mths out from our wedding, read some very poor reviews and decided to go with another company. That decision was made 6mths from the wedding date. Since then they have ignored our existence and refuse to pay our deposit back. Be warned, stay away from these fraudsters.
We used Atmosphere DJs for our wedding party. They had the guest grooving till quite late in the night and played some very good selection of songs. There were a few requests too which the DJ happily obliged. We had a lot of fun too and would gladly recommend them to our friends and family.
Booked these people 12 months in advance for a wedding. Then, a week later, we were advised by our wedding planner that our venue booking actually included a dj, so we would not be needing the services of Atmosphere Dj's. I cancelled the booking and requested a refund of the $200 deposit, to which Glynis, (the representative from atmosphere djs) initially agreed, as the booking was still 12 months away.
That was 2 months ago now. The refund still has not been processed, after speaking with Glynis on the phone twice, she assured me that the refund would be put in my account promptly. Now she seems to be ignoring all calls and all emails.
Extremely unprofessional, disorganized, total lack of communication or customer service plus they have so far refused to issue any sort of refund for the deposit. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.
