Buy from David Jones. My wife likes the Brands that Atomic has but normally buys from the Department stores. This xmas we decided to buy from Atomic to support small business and they had the same brands as we would find in the Department stores. We couldn't decide between two items so on buying one we were told we could exchange for the other after Xmas if needed. We went in on boxing day to exchange. We were told that the item we were exchanging for had increased in price and therefore to exchange we would have to pay more. It went up in 1 Day??!!!. David Jones still had the same item at the same discount and price as before Xmas and so exchange would have been no worries or even full refund would have been given. Attitude from the manager wasn't the best either on both the initial purchase and when looking to exchange. So guess where we, friends and family will be buying from in the future....
I don't think this correct. Boxing day all stock was 20%-50% off RRP. No watch was more expensive on Boxing Day than it would have been prior to Xmas. We exchange for change of mind within 7-14 days as long as the product hasn't been worn and if the new product is of the same value. If the new selection is more expensive then money would have to be paid.

We do this for our customers all the time so I don't understand why there would be an issue.
I came back into Atomic Watch & Style and they had all these range of watches on Sale, it made my decision to pick one harder and tempting! The staff member working again was very friendly and helpful letting me try on numerous styles but also informed me that they were getting a whole new range of Marc Jacob watches hence a fair few of the 'old' stock were on sale. In turn, this tempted me to wait to see the new range otherwise I think I have found one to settle on from the Sale range. I do recommend this place for choice and service. I will be back and know I will recommend this place to people who are on the look for watches.
I have always known of this place as I have come past quite often. I was never really a watch person but since the new job I am actually required to wear a watch. First place I thought of was Atomic Watch and Style. I decided to pop in the other week and can definitely say that they have such a large range of brands and styles of watches to choose from. The staff member was very helpful and friendly too letting me try on the few that I had picked out. Definitely will be back to make my purchase soon!
